Very thorough inspection telling me everything that is wrong. They let me know which items need immediate attention and which items are ok to wait on. They take pictures of issues which helps you see the extent of the damage and where it is located.

GR Motorcar ALWAYS comes through. I had a new part fail that was purchased through NAPA and installed elsewhere. Christina took care of the warranty with NAPA and their mechanics installed the new part and got me back on the road very quickly! Above and beyond customer service! You can't find a more trustworthy auto repair business A+++. Thank you GRMC!!!

I only learned of this caring place fairly recently and they are simply a quiet gem! Tom, who is the manager could not be a more genuinely caring person. He has been so helpful to me even including my car search when my little car which I loved finally died. Cody, one of the team members is so thoughtful regarding communicating the services they are providing on my car. Tom and his team have earned my trust and I will patronize them as long as I live in West Michigan. I truly couldn’t find better people much less a more comfortable and awesome place!
