I recently visited Grand Rapids Motor Car Company for an oil change and to have a check engine check light looked at, and I had a great experience. Rob and Lisa were both incredibly friendly and helpful from the start. They took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my vehicle in a way that was easy to understand and I never felt pressured at any point. The service was efficient and smoother than I expected, and I really appreciated how quickly they were able to diagnose the issue and get everything taken care of. The team that worked on my car. From Tyler and Lisa to Sam who did the maintenance. Everyone was outstanding. I also love the fact that you work on the older cars like my 1994 Cadillac Fleetwood and love it as much as I do.
