Happy to share that my first time working with Cody at Grand Rapids Motorcar Service was phenomenal. I made an online appointment for brake service and to get my set of winter tires mounted and balanced. Dropped off car monday morning, not expecting same day service but ended up with my car completed and for less than I was expecting. Great communication and sensible recommendations made this a great experience. 10/10 Highly recommend , will be back for future services.

The folks at GR Motor Service are amazing! Tyler was extremely personable and professional. He spent a lot of time listening and made me feel valued, which was great! My car was serviced sooner than expected as well. Tyler also introduced me to their coupon book which was an excellent buy! I would highly recommend this shop and will be going there for all future services!
