The folks at GR Motor Service are amazing! Tyler was extremely personable and professional. He spent a lot of time listening and made me feel valued, which was great! My car was serviced sooner than expected as well. Tyler also introduced me to their coupon book which was an excellent buy! I would highly recommend this shop and will be going there for all future services!

I do a lot of work on my car myself, but needed to bring my Pontiac Vibe in for a diagnosis. I half-expected the outcome (engine needs to be replaced) but still left extremely satisfied despite choosing to not get my car repaired here. Tyler is a fantastic service advisor! He was able to listen to my concerns and work with me. He and one of the techs, Sam, invited me into the shop to see my car and discuss what was going on with it. I spent just shy of $400 just in diagnostic fees which I believe to be very worth it! They use Auto Text Me which sends photos, diagnostic info, and informational videos directly to my phone. I was also able to communicate to Tyler directly through this service, which was extremely convenient as my job doesn’t always allow me to have time to take a phone call. Definitely recommend this shop for service and diagnostics! I’ll be back whenever my new car needs a job I’m not capable of completing.
