I was purchasing a 2015 Toyota RAV 4 Limited from Toyota of Grand Rapids and wanted an independent vehicle inspection. I worked with Cody and he did a great job informing me of any potential issues with the SUV. He said that it was probably the cleanest used car he has seen. He identified a few issues, including slight alignment issue, no history of differential fluid, transfer case fluid, transmission fluid, and brake fluid being replaced. However brake fluid and transmission fluid looked ok. He said that the alignment, differential and transfer case could possibly be used to negotiate a better sales price. He went to auto trader and carfax to determine a fair price for the car and explained how these companies arrived at it. I was able to negotiate a better sales price with that information. I appreciate the extra time he took to research the information and explain it to me. Thanks!

The service managers are the best people I’ve ever worked with. Everything was completed when they said it would be, they explained the repairs and they cleaned the whole inside of my car. I was so surprised!! Three people in our family use the Motorcar Service. We’re there for all our vehicles.
