I've had my vehicle serviced regularly at GRMC and my son's vehicle serviced prior to moving out west. I have always been exceptionally happy with the thoroughness, communication, and capabilities of the people at GRMC. In two cases Rob Sperring has gone above and beyond in helping me with out-of-state issues. One involved a broken strut in my son's car. Rob was able to contact a fellow shop owner in Minneapolis and get my son squared away first thing on a Monday morning while he was traveling. It was a huge relief that he was able to visit a trusted mechanic and a real privilege to have the schedule opened to receive prompt service. The second is a connection Rob made for me at a shop in Illinois to perform a pre-purchase inspection on a vehicle I was buying. Both amazing experiences due to Rob's willingness to go the extra mile and activate his network of shops on behalf of his clients. A+++ I can't say enough good things, about Rob, Christina, Scott and the rest of the gang at GRMC. Thank you!!!

I've used GRM for many years now and they're the best shop around. I've not only purchased vehicles from them but also bring my personal and work vehicles in for maintenance & repairs. The entire staff here is amazing and I'll never take my vehicles anywhere else.

I bought a 2015 Chrysler Town n Country with an extended warranty on it and long story short had a ton of transmission problems. Grand Rapids Motor Car handled everything with the warranty company and the dealership I bought it from, and had been running excellent since. I trust these guys. Cody was extremely helpful. I also had them work on my 2014 Jeep Cherokee. And they are reasonably priced... highly recommended...
