From my experience with Grand rapids Motorcar, I cannot recommend them highly enough. I brought my Lexus to them on the recommendation of a relative and they diagnosed and repaired the problems, one of which another repair facility was unable to accurately diagnose. Shortly thereafter I left on a trip and broke down 2 1/2 hours from home. It did not appear to be connected to their work on the vehicle. I had it towed to their facility. They took responsibility for the problem, repaired it at no charge, and paid for the towing charge. I did not ask them or expect them to cover the work needed without a charge, much less cover the towing charge from out of state. I appreciate their honesty and integrity and the fact proven to me that they care more about their reputation and customer service than just the money they can make on repairs. Where can you find this kind of service? I found it with them and intend to be a loyal customer of theirs for my vehicle repairs.

Quality techs and staff. Honest repairs. Best place I have found for German car repairs. Cheaper than the dealer. You will get great service. Be sure to book your appointment in advance as they are known for doing good work but because of that they are always booked out a couple of weeks in advance.
