I went to this dealership wanting to test drive a Ford Escape and was greeted with open arms by Chad Williams and I was made to feel like family..Tom the owner is a great guy too (he even offered me an ice cream sandwich ;) anyways Chad allowed me as much time as I needed to drive this car and be sure it was right for me.. He’s a no pressure salesman and wanted the buyer (me) to be happy, and satisfied that I got the best price and he was very honest…I got a great car thanks to Chad.. he will work with you to get the best he can for you! It was very easy to call and schedule an appointment to get some services and repairs on my 2018 Mercedes C-class. I really love how clean and spacious their facility is, and the staff is so friendly. Christina was my car service liaison and she was nothing short of amazing!! From checking on my warranty to making an accommodation for me after a miscommunication, to keeping me updated through my service process, she was awesome! She explained everything after the inspection, and was even kind enough to break it down in a way that I could relay back to my significant other so we could move forward with repairs. I also like how streamline the inspection report is prior to repairs and the fact you can go over it with them over the phone and approve repairs easily. Christina was kind enough to help me prioritize certain things the car may need done. I am also very pleased with how my car sounds and drives, and the turn around was pretty good too.

Had an issue with my Audi on Friday an hr away from home. They were booked being disappointed I searched for another solution within 5 mins got a call back telling ne they'd make time and got me back on the rd. I intend to now get all of my service done there

I bought a 1982 Mercedes 300td several years ago. It ran very rough and went through oil like crazy so it sat while I tried to find a shop I believed I could trust. I finally found Grand Rapids Motorcar and after having talked to Tom the owner I knew I found the right shop. The team asked me just what I wanted done and how much I thought I wanted to invest in the car in order to determine if it was something they could do. After all was said and done we all decided to go ahead with the project . So we are talking about a 40 year old car, with much effort and a lot of research the team of Scott, Tom and Rob completed the task. The list of things that were done is to long to share. The car is road worthy and doing well. One more very important fact is they were in contact with me all the way through the project, they advised me on all the steps needing to be done and we decided together. So this is not your every day tune-up or brake job, it was a total engine rebuild and then some on a car that is some what rare. They did a stunning job. I am very pleased and would recommend this shop to any one. Very trustworthy ans friendly. Services: Transmission, Brake service & repair, Steering & suspension repair, Battery, Engine repair, Wheel alignment
