Grand Rapids Auto Repair

This was my first time using GRMotorCar. The front office personnel were extremely friendly and the technicians were quick, efficient, did the job right. I also loved the virtual estimate and the communication throughout the day. Tom is as quality a mechanic as I’ve ever seen.

We have had great experiences with them for both our vehicles for several years. Love that they text you with pics of things needing repair. Also let uou know what needs done immediately and what can wait a bit. Great service and friendly.

Checked all systems and made two recommendations for repairs. I agreed. Service is great and very personal. They offered to fix something that would normally cost $200, without charging me because it wasn't fixed when I purchased the car 2 1/2 years earlier. Very nice benefit.
