Grand Rapids Auto Repair

Just had my car serviced here-oil change- the process was very easy. They have a texting service that sent me a reminder about my appointment and kept me updated while they had my car, which was so helpful! The staff was friendly and they explained everything to me in an easy to understand way. The shop was very clean, professional looking, and they took good precautions to protect people during this corona virus pandemic. They have seating to wait in the shop, and they gave me a great deal for the July Oil Change special. I highly recommend and will be back!

As a former technician, I'm picky on where I'll take my family vehicles. I trust GRMC completely. Digital inspection was brilliant- It was helpful to see photos of findings. I now feel much better about our upcoming drive to the UP! (Thanks for getting my cruise control working!) I was kept updated on the progress of repairs- they communicated professionally through text. Very clean and well cared for facility. This car shop is the most honest I have been in Grand rapids, they have service my old BMW E 39 plenty of times, sometimes I would go there for "noises" and they would tell me , NO there is nothing wrong with your BMW"...I know nothing about cars and I tell you im the perfect target to be lied to, and a few times i had my car checked and they were honest to tell me there is nothing wrong!...All the services they have been doing were very well serviced, now I have a 2017 BMW and i go there for my oil changes, drive all the way from Brighton as I had moved, they are cheaper than BMW dealer do not go to BMW as they are a rip off, go here to GRAND RAPIDS MOTOCAR....Rob the manager listens to all your problem and is very knowledgeable, and very gracious I recommend this shop thumbs up Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change, Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance
