The team was challenged with my 2007 BMW 335i to perform an oil pan gasket change, which requires the engine to be lifted off the frame. Further, my car has been with me since new, has 142K miles, and has been meticulously maintained. During the engine replacement process, damage occurred to the front quarter panel as the engine made contact with the vehicle surface. GR Motorcars took responsibility for the problems, fixed the damage perfectly, fixed a couple other dents, and performed some complimentary service work as well. Problems happen all the time in life. It is what you do to fix things that matter. The service manager Rob and his team did the "right thing" every step of the way. This was my first experience with GR Motorcars. I highly recommend them and that is great praise from a very fussy car guy.

Extremely in happy with my purchase and service from here. Would never buy anything from here again. Watch you 90'day warranty, you pay half. Not a true warranty . Tire fell off my car after their service work . Never took full responsibility and fixed the body's damage to car. Very untrustworthy.

Love my BMW 3 series that I got here!

My husband and I bought a Volvo in the summer of 2015. Except for small repairs, there has been two major issues so far. The first issue is related to heated seats. Before buying this car, we looked through their website and carefully read what options this car has. It said the car has the heated front seats and we of course trusted what they said as they proudly introduced them as a trustworthy partner for used car sales. It turned out, however, that heated seats had not been installed at all. We found this a week after the purchase and it was so disappointing because we paid extra hundreds of dollars for nothing! The second major issue is about time for exchanging the timing belt. Before planning to actually buy it, we asked them when the timing belt would need to be changed. They looked it up and told us that it should be changed when it runs 150,000 mileage. Unfortunately, it was not the case. My husband figured out that it needs to be changed when it’s 120,000 mileage. The car already hit around 106,000 mileage at that time. If we knew that, we wouldn’t have purchased it for the price because it would cost us more than 5-600 dollars to exchange the timing belt. There are two possible assumptions. If they didn’t know about the fact, it means they sell a car they do not know much about. If they did know that it should be changed before 120,000 mileage, they tried to hide it by telling a lie to a customer. I am not sure which one is the case but either way is not trustworthy and responsible. Finally, there has been some “minor issues” such as broken oil pan right after the 3-month warranty and the door lock which costed us more than 800 bucks. It’s not only about money and time consumption. It’s about being an honest and trustworthy partner to customers. Who can trust them as a used car dealer after going through these experiences? It was such an unsatisfactory purchase for us.

Very kind and trust worthy people. I felt safe and protected as a young adult making a big purchase like this. They walked me through the entire process of buying the car, finding a loan (with low a interest rate), and even finding good affordable insurance! I've had my 2011 Malibu for about 6 months now and I love it! Thank you guys!

I have purchased a vehicle from them. Within a month there was a serious problem with the vehicle. I asked them if the could help with the problem and they made me pay full price. Two three months later and the problem is back and not fixed. It is costing me 1000 dollars on top of what there charge of 470 dollars . I do not recommend then they are not honest only want your money
