I would have given a very low rating with a very long story, however bottom line I had an issue and spoke with Kathy in the office. She was very professional and courteous. She listened while I went on and on and SHE apologized repeatedly. SHE is the only reason I am giving a 5 star, I could tell that SHE really cares about the business and will do everything SHE can to make it right. She did refund me part of my money and said the owner would be calling. Never heard from him. I am still negative $178 including my expenses for traveling to return a very expensive piece of equipment they forgot in my vehicle. Lesson learned. Thank you Kathy for the partial refund. Something is better than nothing.
