GRMC took a personal interest in serving my car needs. I am disabled and they made sure I was safe. They did a complete check of my car. They also took my car in for recall appointment after they finished my repairs. I also was able to get an awesome loaner car while my car was being repaired. I appreciate their help.

I called Grand Rapids Motorcar Service after shopping around at several other repair shops, and the above all else, the thing that wowed me the most was their customer service. I worked with Rob, and the entire time my car was in the shop, he was keeping me in the loop, updating me with estimates and pictures, as well as informing me of things I might want to keep an eye on down the road. This helped ease the anxiety of receiving that final work order and dreading the bottom line. Rob’s diligence in keeping me informed about my car made sure there were no surprises, and my total came out to pretty much right where he told me it would. They offer an awesome warranty with their service, and as a first time customer, they’ll definitely be my go-to shop from here on out. Great job!
