This car shop is the most honest I have been in Grand rapids, they have service my old BMW E 39 plenty of times, sometimes I would go there for "noises" and they would tell me , NO there is nothing wrong with your BMW"...I know nothing about cars and I tell you im the perfect target to be lied to, and a few times i had my car checked and they were honest to tell me there is nothing wrong!...All the services they have been doing were very well serviced, now I have a 2017 BMW and i go there for my oil changes, drive all the way from Brighton as I had moved, they are cheaper than BMW dealer do not go to BMW as they are a rip off, go here to GRAND RAPIDS MOTOCAR....Rob the manager listens to all your problem and is very knowledgeable, and very gracious I recommend this shop thumbs up

As a former technician, I'm picky on where I'll take my family vehicles. I trust GRMC completely. Digital inspection was brilliant- It was helpful to see photos of findings. I now feel much better about our upcoming drive to the UP! (Thanks for getting my cruise control working!) I was kept updated on the progress of repairs- they communicated professionally through text. Very clean and well cared for facility. Fairly priced and they use high quality parts (and I know)

GRMC took a personal interest in serving my car needs. I am disabled and they made sure I was safe. They did a complete check of my car. They also took my car in for recall appointment after they finished my repairs. I also was able to get an awesome loaner car while my car was being repaired. I appreciate their help.

I have my VW Passat R-line serviced here. The work was done in time and without additional expenses. Christmas is a few months away,and we don't like "surprises". Honest,on time,just the way it should be. Highly recommend it!!

I called Grand Rapids Motorcar Service after shopping around at several other repair shops, and the above all else, the thing that wowed me the most was their customer service. I worked with Rob, and the entire time my car was in the shop, he was keeping me in the loop, updating me with estimates and pictures, as well as informing me of things I might want to keep an eye on down the road. This helped ease the anxiety of receiving that final work order and dreading the bottom line. Rob’s diligence in keeping me informed about my car made sure there were no surprises, and my total came out to pretty much right where he told me it would. They offer an awesome warranty with their service, and as a first time customer, they’ll definitely be my go-to shop from here on out. Great job!
