Everyone at GR Motorcar Service was professional and thoroughly explained what was wrong with my car. I have an old car and they also gave my car an inspection and let me know what else should be repaired. But there was no pressure to repair other parts, they gave me a time frame and let me know what should be done first. I felt they were honest and trustworthy. Grand Rapids Motorcar did an excellent job on repairing my vehicle. Every repair was explained to my satisfaction. When I picked up my car they had washed it and an interior stain on my roof from a hydraulic leak had been cleaned to like new condition. Excellent communication as well. I'll definitely use Grand Rapids Motorcar again for servicing. Services: Electrical repair, Transmission, Engine repair
