Grand Rapids Motorcar has always treated me as their most valuable customer even though I know that is how they treat ever one of their customers. They repair exactly what need repairing, give me a “heads up” on anything that may need looking at in the future, and ALWAYS use the best technician for my make of car. Grand Rapids Motorcar did an excellent job on repairing my vehicle. Every repair was explained to my satisfaction. When I picked up my car they had washed it and an interior stain on my roof from a hydraulic leak had been cleaned to like new condition. Excellent communication as well. I'll definitely use Grand Rapids Motorcar again for servicing.

Everyone at GR Motorcar Service was professional and thoroughly explained what was wrong with my car. I have an old car and they also gave my car an inspection and let me know what else should be repaired. But there was no pressure to repair other parts, they gave me a time frame and let me know what should be done first. I felt they were honest and trustworthy. Firstly, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place! They are amazing! I'm a complete newbie when it comes to cars and don't have much experience in the knowledge of knowing where to take my car to without getting ripped off. One of my good friends is a mechanic and he recommended me to GR Motors, he's had his car worked on there before and highly recommends the employees giving the best service to their customers. I knew from the get go that there was something wrong with my alignment, it kept veering to the right. They had my car in the shop immediately and gave me all the information I needed in order to get my car fixed. They were honest with their pricing (and even worked with my budget) and even offered to do a complete diagnostic on my car too (which was greatly appreciated!). What makes them very unique from any other services I've received before is that they really care. Fixing my car took longer than an hour so one of the employees was kind enough to offer me a ride to a nearby cafe while I waited. It took me by surprise just how interpersonal they were and they constantly kept me in the loop regarding the process of my car via text. Once services were done, I still found out the car kept veering to the right but not as severe as before. I called them the next day and they went above and beyond to get it looked at again with no charge. The mechanics were dedicated to take their time to find out the problem and was very detailed with their findings, it was nice of them to even show me the undercarriage of my car and show me where the problem was. Unfortunately, I did not pursue to get it fixed again due to my limited fundings and they reassured me that not getting it fixed isn't going to cause any problems. They're honestly the best service I've ever received! They were nice, informative, and experienced in what they do. The interactions I had with the team that was involved with my car were amazing and patient with me. This is the place to go!
