I could not speak more highly of Grand Rapids Motorcar! The service team here provides high quality work, but more importantly - they truly value their customers and are very intentional about customer appreciation. Rob and the team are always there to help for all of my car care needs and routinely go above and beyond to provide assistance (they even helped connect me to a reputable service provider when my car needed repairs when I was out of town!). They always explain everything in a way that I can understand, which empowers me to make more informed decisions about my vehicle. I feel like I'm treated like family here - from intake to checkout I know every single person who is working to meet my car care needs and they are all friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend trusting GR Motorcar with your car care needs!

This was my first time using GRMotorCar. The front office personnel were extremely friendly and the technicians were quick, efficient, did the job right. I also loved the virtual estimate and the communication throughout the day. Tom is as quality a mechanic as I’ve ever seen.

We have had great experiences with them for both our vehicles for several years. Love that they text you with pics of things needing repair. Also let uou know what needs done immediately and what can wait a bit. Great service and friendly.

Checked all systems and made two recommendations for repairs. I agreed. Service is great and very personal. They offered to fix something that would normally cost $200, without charging me because it wasn't fixed when I purchased the car 2 1/2 years earlier. Very nice benefit.
