I called Grand Rapids Motorcar Service after shopping around at several other repair shops, and the above all else, the thing that wowed me the most was their customer service. I worked with Rob, and the entire time my car was in the shop, he was keeping me in the loop, updating me with estimates and pictures, as well as informing me of things I might want to keep an eye on down the road. This helped ease the anxiety of receiving that final work order and dreading the bottom line. Rob’s diligence in keeping me informed about my car made sure there were no surprises, and my total came out to pretty much right where he told me it would. They offer an awesome warranty with their service, and as a first time customer, they’ll definitely be my go-to shop from here on out. Great job!

This is THE one non - OEM place I would highly recommend for service. I brought my 2007 Honda Oddysey for non - working power windows. They did a thorough inspection and identified several items that needed attention. What I liked about it - line by line breakdown of recommended repairs with pricing for each, and recommended repairs were classified in order of importance (so you can choose what you want done). The staff is courteous, their technicians are thorough and you get an overall sense of honesty, unlike other repairs shops that keep adding unnecessary items just to make more money from you.
