After trying 4 other service providers for a poor performance issue Grand Rapids Motorcar was able to diagnose and repair a timing belt issue. Very impressed with their diligence, skill, and professionalism. I highly recommend them for basic service or any major repair.

My SUV needed tons of work....my 2005 Toyota Highlander was running horrible. Went to GRMC talked with Tom & Rob and got my car in to fix all the problems. They even gave me a car to drive while they fixed my SUV. Well I picked up my SUV today and could not be happier I feel like I have a new vehicle. I was even able to talk to the man that fixed my vehicle (Sam)....Great Job.....if your car is in bad shape bring to GRMC and when done you will feel you have a new vehicle at a fair price and deal with very honest people. YOU guys ROCK ......WISH I could give you 10 stars.

I recently bought a used Mini Cooper clubman and had some problem with it as it was sitting for awhile and brought it out to grmotorcarservice and they put everything in order so I could use it. They were able to determine what was urgent, future repairable and what was good. Did excellent work and had it done in a timely manner. They also went over everything and sent pictures of problem areas. I would recommend them to anyone. Ray N

we've been around the block a couple of times and we love our car family at grmotorcar. What can I say about guys that will come rescue me-rhoda-when I was stranded at the library and afraid to drive the car to the shop or their willingness to change a brake light when we had a tight schedule? We call it service!
